Email the address above from the same email you signed in with (or state the phone number you signed in with), so we can verify that the account is yours. Include the subject line Jade Master - Account Deletion Request, your in-game player name, and your sign-in method. Requests are completed within 30 days of verification, and confirmed by email.

This is permanent. All progress is lost and cannot be restored. A new account starts from zero.
